Take It As It Is

At the start of my walk with Christ, the thoughts of "How does God do these things?", would whirl through my head. I was among those who asked, “So who created God?”. But it came to a point where I just came to the conclusion that HE IS GOD. And that there were things that I didn't need to question. Any question that I had, the answer would be found in the bible.
If it’s a question that can’t be answered then it is too high for me, or it is not necessary for me to know. And that all I need to know is in His Word and anything else basically isn’t my business.
If God says the car I’m seeing is red, meanwhile I’m seeing yellow, then it is red! If my hair is straight but God says it’s curly, then that is what curly looks like. I take God at His Word.
HE IS GOD.
Why wouldn’t I take Him at His Word when I fall in diverse tests and trials? He split the red sea with some stick, caused Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego to not burn in that fire; the fire that killed others once they just as much as approached it. He’s The God that sent angels in that lion’s den where Daniel was thrown in. The God that prospered Joseph after being betrayed by his brothers, The God that was there with Jonah even when he refused to listen to God’s instruction.
The God that stood by Job when he lost EVERYTHING and replenished him with even more than he had, The God that protected baby Moses being transported to Pharaoh’s daughter in that basket! The God of David who defeated Goliath, The God who took up Enoch simply because he pleased Him!!! The God who sent an angel to strengthen Jesus when He asked God to “remove this cup from me”, being in pain, sweat like big drops of blood pouring off His face. The God that heard Hannah’s cry for a child. And The God who walked the earth in the persona of Jesus.
I haven’t been through half of what these people have been through, but yet they could take God at His Word.
What is it that I’ve been through?
